This is why booking in advance is important, the problem is that some of the best restaurants tend to book up months in advance, and it can be very difficult to secure a reservation if you’re not in the know. Here are a few tips to make sure that you can impress.
First of all, find out what the booking window of the restaurant is. Many will only put
tables up for reservation a month or two in advance. They will often disappear in an hour or two though, so find out when the release date is and make sure you are primed.
Secondly, keep an eye on what your credit card or bank are offering. Some high-end credit cards have relationships with certain very popular restaurants and are able to get their customers tables long after the official list has filled up. Check what’s available, and you may be in luck.
